Back in 2006 Renault was still well into its design-leadership stride, if perhaps not for much longer. The Altica concept, shown at that year's Geneva motor show, showcased all the French brand had to offer at that time – a brilliantly brave, architectural interior, a style that could only be associated with its country of origin and an interior that thoroughly questioned and readdressed layout, control and format. The late Sergio Pininfarina will be honored in a three-month special exhibition at the Ferrari museum in Maranello, Italy, from 26 October. The ‘Grandi Ferrari di Sergio Pininfarina' – Sergio Pininfarina's great Ferraris – exhibition will feature his classic designs and current Pininfarina evolutions in three halls: Concept Cars, Motorsports and Grand Touring Cars. The Concept Hall will be filled with famous designs such as the Modulo, the P6 and the four-door Pinin concept.
